From the first interaction to the final delivery, Bobby from PureIT was incredibly helpful in addressing my questions and providing solutions. Even though I had to customize the laptop I bought, the shipping and delivery were quick. I got a grade A- laptop, and aside from a single scratch, it looks brand new. The option to add an extended warranty gives you peace of mind, and I can confidently recommend this company without any reservations.

Fantastic customer experience! Incredible value for money. I recently bought over 10 monitors from Pure IT. They provided a super attractive price for bulk orders and kept me in the loop about the order's status and delivery. The monitors arrived well packaged, and they even threw in some sweets as a nice gesture. I’d definitely return to them.

Awesome customer support. Quick shipping and super simple to handle any problems that come up. We've made several purchases from Pure IT, and there was one time when a screen got damaged during delivery. They were incredibly easy to work with and promptly sent a replacement. I wouldn't shop anywhere else for refurbished gear.

"Not quite ready for action..."
The item showed up missing a power cable, which was supposed to be included. I had to go out and grab one myself. Sure, they mentioned they’d send it, but with the bank holidays, here I am, 6 days later still twiddling my thumbs. Who wants to be kept waiting? I'm let down since I chose this seller based on their solid reputation. It's a bummer I didn't get to experience that.

I got the laptop right on schedule and it's in excellent condition. Everything appears to be working well so far. I opted for a 3-year warranty, so I'm glad to have that safety net in case anything goes awry.
